What Information does CES Collect?
CES collects and processes a range of information, including your name, address and contact details (including email addresses and telephone numbers) for the purposes of fulfilling transactional business processes. Your personal information is kept secure within CES. Data may be shared internally so that CES can provide you with a complete service. CES takes the security of your data seriously. Internal policies and controls are in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed. To ensure business continuity and disaster recovery, CES may choose to store certain data in a third party cloud server, which adheres to the new General Data Protection Regulations.
How Long will CES Keep Your Data?
CES will hold your personal information for the duration of your contract and/or agreement and for a period necessary after any such contract ceases, to maintain customer service.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Obtain the personal information we hold about you by making a subject access request in accordance with the GDPR
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request personal data to be erased where there is no right to process it or it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
- Ask us not to contact you and/or withdraw your consent for marketing purposes
