We supply an extensive range of commercial cooking, refrigeration, food preparation and warewashing equipment from many leading brands, including Lincat, Maidaid, Sammic and Valera. All equipment supplied and installed by CES is fully supported by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty.
We recognise that commercial catering equipment purchases can be an expensive outlay. To assist, we can offer a range of flexible and affordable finance solutions designed to meet your requirements. *
We are qualified specialists in gas and refrigeration equipment servicing, offering customers a comprehensive, one-stop solution for all their catering equipment servicing needs. Our team of experienced engineers are Gas Safe and Refcom qualified and in addition, are fully trained in the installation and maintenance of Rational ovens.
Reduce the stress of relying on reactive call-outs by putting in place a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service program. Our PPM service offering is individually tailored to suit the exact needs of your business and will typically include one annual visit by a qualified service engineer to inspect and carry out routine servicing of all kitchen equipment covered by your PPM contract.
We offer deep cleaning of ventilation, extraction and ducting systems, with our procedures carried out strictly in accordance with current Approved Codes of Practice, including HVCA TR19 (TR 17), food safety standards and CIBSE TM 26. Upon completion, a Hygiene Certificate is issued as part of our standard service offering.
